Ivona Šimunić

Ivona Šimunić was born in 1992 in Zagreb.

 

During her primary and secondary music education in the main subject of piano, she attended various seminars, won awards at numerous school, county and international competitions.

 

She enrolled at the Music Academy in Zagreb in 2011.

During her studies, in 2016 was a part of the show "The Voice" with winning a place in the semifinals. After the end of the show, in the same year she attended the Erasmus program at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Vienna, majoring in piano.

She graduated in the class of prof. Lovro Pogorelić, with which she acquired a master's degree in music, piano teacher.

Since 2018, he has been a full time professor at the State Music School and since 2019 singer / backing vocalist in the group "The  Soulfingers ".
