Yaroslav Sadovvy

Yaroslav Sadovyy - clarinet. He was born in 1984 in Lviv (Ukraine). Clarinet received his master's degree with honors in 2007 in the class of Yuriy Korchynsky at the National Academy of Music "M. Lysenko” in Lviv.
 

In the 2004/2005 season he held the position of leader of the clarinet section in the Lavov Philharmonic, and after graduating from the academy until 2009 he was a member of the same philharmonic.
In the period from 2003 to 2009, he collaborated with various orchestras (Leopolis orchestra, Virtuosos of the Lions), with which he performed throughout Europe and South America.
 

Since 2014, he has been working as a clarinet teacher at the Pavao Markovac Music School in Zagreb. He gave numerous recitals in Croatia and abroad, and often performs as a member of chamber ensembles.
He is the artistic director of the Split MAGfestival - a festival of chamber music.
